This is frustrating ...If a RTA does not have the capacity to process T+1 then he should just opt out of this business.
RTA ne Naam aisa rakha hai ki gaali bhi nahi de sakte. 😢😢

SEBI should impose heavy penalties on such defaulters. If they do not have the capability to meet the regulatory deadlines, they should shut down their shop.

I think this registrar is marrying (merging) with bigger registrar, afterall this is marriage season..😊😊

Finalisation of BOA and approval from exchange have to be done before 9pm on T+1

Initiation not later than 09:30 am on T+2 day;
Completion before 2 pm on T+2 day for fund transfer;
Completion before 4 pm on T+2 day for unblocking.

Requesting expert advise from Gurus in the forum:

Is high bid of say 25 or 50 lacs likely to get allotment in main and sme ipo??

What is basis of allotment for high lot bids?? Is there a minimum nos of applicants required for a given lot??

For mainboard allotment is on lottery bases so always apply with minimum lots in specific category

For SME IPO more the lots you apply higher are the allotment chances, as allotment is done on proportionate lottery bases

Members Pl we must the respect the people in authority. They are there because they have some different traits better than ours.

They have traits, we have our money stuck. We planned accordingly as per rules and they betrayed, they didn't follow rules. A person who betrayed may have as many good traits as he or she wishes but betraying is never forgetfull. Let's burn all rule books and do business on face value.

​@Arun Jindal Once rule of T+1 has been imposed, Registrar must follow. Everyone have his/her own reasons and working style, for uniformity a standard rule is meant to be followed.....

The register seems very late, they have not declared the allotment within timeline. I am going to call register tomorrow. Request all members to call them to know the status. Now, I am concerned about if we wil be able to use the fund in INOX.

Gentleman allotment to apne ko he aaega tere ko nahin to mere ko, mere ko nahin to tere ko aaega. So we must not be unhappy with the Registrar

Hr baar ki tarah nhi milega maana .. lekin unblock hone se aage ka to sochunga

On the website of Registrar their working hours are mentioned from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm. So I think allotment will come out tomorrow only. Just that they release fund on time for application for Inox
