All bindas will go on auction on monday unless the broker can internally arrange for the adjustment out of today's buy if available . It is not within the rules .
You are very worried about who will buy on the listing day. Today's volume is about 1.44 cr and delivery may be about 55 lac.

Can you identify the fellows who have bought today in the range of 706 to 815 in the face of such doldrum and preemptive negativity.
The script closed at 755 even absorbing such tremendous short selling by the panicky allotees .
I have carefully observed the proceedings in nse from 3.40pm to 4.00pm. It started with some 62000 shares in the sale side but thereafter it was always below 40000 indicating absorption. During this period, I have seen good selling and buying mostly in multiple of 21 and good number of 294.
Now my question is who are the buyers even in this fag end.
This is my simple query, may kindly be responded to.

i see the stock credited to my HDFC trading account but unable to sell as there is some hold on the stock by HDFC backend team as they have not received certain clearance it seems.

Scrip will be enabled only after listing tomorrow ......can't be traded today ....

I have applied one lot in retail at cut off price. still not alloted. can any one tell why? because in retail subscription was less than 100%. so I must get allocation.

ISIN number of existing Ruchi soya is INE619A01035. While ISIN number of allotted share under FPO is IN8619A01026.
What would be final ISIN number on listing day? Can we give delivery of these shares against existing listed ISIN numbered shares?

The allotted shares are in "pending for listing status" under ISIN IN8619A01026, which shall automatically converted into listed ISIN as Corporate Action before start of trading on 08/04/2022.

I think the positive run seen in Adani Wilmar may have some rub off effect on Ruchi Soya also after listing. I am hoping for a price of 780 in 1 week. What is your view, dear members.

Glad to see all my favorite stocks like Adani Power, Adani Wimar, Delta Corp, Easy Trip, etc. at 52-week highs. Though I have to submit with a pinch of salt that my hope in Yes Bank has been shattered and I have sold a small amount at Loss. But I am making up for that loss from high flying stocks. My belief in Nykaa too has given me rich dividends as I accumulated it @ 1350 levels and now as expected it is moving up and up.

Please follow the news if you are a investor. Yes bank trying to offload it's npas to arc. That will make a clean book. PE investment will follow. Today up is because of pe investment. Deposits growing and some more time to be back on track.
I was In deep red too but used Yes bank for tax loss harvesting sold in March and entered two days later. It is great value with moderate risk, patience is key.

One more day to go. Today it reached 715 and closed at 755. Only 105 rupees difference, looks like we can't expect any listing gain , hoping for at least at par listing .

Tomorrow trade will be eye opener. As retail may also get confidence to sell

Lot of manipulations from low 700 levels to 1100 just before FPO announcement. Now it reached to a price before FPO announcement. Is the above manipulation going to hurt us , will come to know on Friday .

I think for long term, it won't be an issue even if it test our patience.

I came across this ET News article dt Aug 02, 2012. Key points

1. ISIN in case of IPO / FPO / Rights / Bonus / Preferential Allottment of Equity or Debt securities, the depositories will have to keep such securities frozen till final listing or trading permission is granted.
2. These provisions have been made by SEBI to prevent "fraudulent" transfer of shares even before actual listing permission of such securities.

This ISIN thing was very confusing so I did some research.
I went to NSE and searched for Yes Bank, there was only one result. Then I searched for Reliance and had 3 result which had different ISIN’S. Only one ISIN is active now, but the rest two were created for rights issue and merged with the main ISIN.
Now if for rights issue SEBI can create ISIN then for FPO also they might. But surprisingly I didn’t see any extra ISIN for Yes bank.
So, will there be different ISIN or not ?

My broker (Nirmal Bang & Bajaj Finance) said there will be different ISIN.

As I said shares credited to demat ac today itself so there was no problem in payin on friday
