I am holding Ruchi Soya shares at the price of Rs 1100. Now new FPO will come at 650. Will that mean that I will loose Ra 450 per share after FPO listing (if lists at 650)? Can anyone guide what is happening and why FPO is at such a discounted price? How can I recover loss

Total Shares trading in the public now - 0.28 crore shares (28.5 lakhs)

Even though FPO is at steep discount share is not falling due to low liquidity of shares.
Post listing of FPO shares company may trade in the range of 725-775 if Market supports.

Price looks attractive.. especially compared to AWL though AWL is more into common commodity items. Unless I come across any other new negative aspects, I will apply for this.

Market Price touched 805 on today, On listing day, it may even reach 600 levels. I think the risk is more when compared to reward on OFS listing.

Looks like QIB subscription is crucial.

Apply Candidate for listing gain of 15-20%.

No liverage for NII...so GMP trade chances r very less...will look for QIB figure on last day before applying....

Being listed Company from Paranjali Group, they may give better return to its investor to allure for further OFS and listing of other group companies.

I would suggest betting only on 3rd day. No sense to apply on day 1 or 2.
Reason is if you find it price and demand attractive you can jump in HNI category as this time leveraged bet are not there

yes. Difference between market price and IPO price is kind of grey. More so when the issue closes and you have perfect sense of allotment
