Dear hold for medium term. It's will double from fpo price....only patience investors will be rewarded handsomely like adani wimlar...week hand will be out....just wait for few weeks and see the return.

@DuckkyDuck - I agree with you. But the primary question is does it open below FPO price on the date of listing? I doubt that. You are also projecting around 10% profit and that's what I feel too. Today, it is 3% up and I think they are managing to hold this as today is last date for inventors to withdraw their bid. If it is a managed show, from tomorrow onwards, it may reach LC constantly.

Agree on your point @DuckkyDuck but still I don't able to understand who is buying for last two day above 950? If they are buying it from open market why didn't they choose FPO route? HNI is not subscribed that heavy.

I agree fully. My personal opinion is that many who invested here for long term only as the negativity is so high, short term investors either not invested or with drawn. if any one see after one year, as you said, it will be a different story (many would be regretting for either not applying or withdrawing this)

Agree with you about the current price being manipulated one. The stock has been continuously falling from Jun07 2021 5o Mar08 2022 and just before the FPO the price has been rigged to manage FPO subscription.

I don't under-value the power of Baba within current ruling dispensation but ethically and on the basis of most recent performance.....I avoided the FPO and irrespective of listing ...I believe there are numerous quality investment opportunities available in market which are ethical and equally (if not more) promising. Each one of us is free to invest based on their risk taking capacity and overall understanding of the company and CPG environment.

Yes bank FPO was a big fraud. Usually FPO allocated shares can be traded only from exchange listing date but for select trading groups/brokers, Yes Bank FPO allotted shares were allowed to be traded a day before the listing date in blatant violation of listing norms by broker companies. This allowed select few investors to short a day before and earn bi money at the cost of genuine investors. Also some of Chittorgarh Honored Members were well aware that this will happen and they exploited the situation to the fullest duping the normal members of Chittorgarh forum to earn big illegal money. So be aware...all sort of things happen in our country and that is why always suggest...be guided by your own thinking and trust your own knowledge (irrespective how much you have) rather than be duped by others. If one makes mistake at least person will learn but if one is duped by others ..the person will not even know what happend with their money.

Well explained by @IPO Mitr on Yes Bank FPO short selling. Not many innocent investors could comprehend this at that time and even now perhaps. In spite of exchange norms, that new listed FPO shares bearing new serial numbers though with merged common ISIN numbers on listing day were not supposed to be delivered/accepted on sale traded previous days, somehow they were/got accepted by the exchange clearance causing huge gains to knowledgeable few ones at other's expense. Such scams are possible having read ongoing NSE colocation case. In yes Bank, many new investors jumped in looking at 12 price, even going to an extent of touting it as future Bajaj finance in next 5~10 years. One should not be driven by all that is written here and use their own wisdom.

SLBM ( Stock lending & borrowing mechanism) can be used only for highly liquid A group shares and no way for midcaps, small caps and thinly traded shares like Ruchi Soya

u can do short sell in full service broker so your profit is locked @ 300 per share

You may ask your broker, if they allow, you can short sell.
Further, ask them that whether short seller gets benefits of "gain in Auction Market"?

Who is buying Adani wilmar shares now ? The price is already so high.
Not every HNI sells the shares. Till now the float was only 1%, but now it will increase so domestic institutional investors will also invest. Foreign investors might invest too. And if business is good and has good growth prospects a prudent investor will always buy it.

Have domestic funds and FII express there intrest in IPO...QIB only 1.5 times after FPI Withrawal ....

1. FPI never ever want to stay in a company at controversial times. They might buy it when things get sorted.
2. Private equity funds, HNI (other than funding) will buy.
3. “Valuation”. If the company is valued cheap and has good growth prospects investors will buy it.
4. Sona comstar had less QIB bids yet after listing it went up up and up. Many DII may enter at a later stage.
5. All good FMCG companies have a minimum of 20% of their shareholding owned by FII and DII. The Ruchi soya FPO is itself 20%.

I dont think it will list below Rs 700. Tomorrow price should drop by another 10-20%. But still on friday it wont list below 700

@trueinfo: actual selling pressure will be seen on listing day only, since most retailers (35%) will be able to sell so price should definitely be lower on listing day in comparison to tomorrow

@ lokes ji, thanks for responding. I also think so. Though HNIs are selling in advance, retailers will mostly sell on listing day. My only concern was that since lot of buyers are waiting to buy heavily on listing day, they may not outpace the sellers and suddenly we see a spike on listing day.

but chances are less since in fpo there wasn't much demand from QIB/retail so not sure if new demand will outpace sellers on listing day. Lets see, if that happens its good for us. I am having 15 lots total and hoping at least close above 650 on friday.

@lokes - If you don't mind, what will be your strategy on listing day. In case of below 650 listing and in case of above 650 listing? Do you recommend holding for long? Do you plan to accumulate at further lower levels.

@Lokesh but why you think that all retailers will sale on listing so many will hold they think this was the opportunity to get the sahre at discounted price and will hold for long..and I will also hold my lots for long

@NITEENIPO : i am having total 15 lots so i will not add more on any levels since i never have much bigger exposure on single share in my portfolio.
And whatever be the listing and at any price, i will keep holding these allotted shares for longer term. In my opinion, it will do good in medium to longer term, india is big country and this business will grow only :) it will give good returns in medium to longer term. (not like AWL, but some decent returns it will give)
@Dev Chaudhary : i am not saying all retailers will sell on friday , many will hold like me, what i meant in my earlier message that retailers are having 35% fpo shares and most will be able to sell after listing only (not some short selling etc as it was discussed yesterday). Some may book profit if good price difference.
Looking at today's momentum, now looks like it will be above 700 only tomorrow minimum, and upper side it may cross 800 also tomorrow.

I think lowest price to make fresh buy in Ruchi Soya is behind us. It was yesterday 714. It will never ever come to this value again. Those who want bigger profit, hold your allotments for 6 months for 100% return.
