Hi, I have applied 525 shares @425(Cut off price) in Rosarri BioTech in HNI Category.

HNI/NII oversubscribed 289 times.. I was expecting at least 1 share to be allotted. But i received NIL.
As per my understanding, HNI is proportional basis. no minimum tick.

Any one can clarify?

Allotment is done in minimum lot, in this case 35 shares are minimum allotted by lottery. Then proportionate.

Hi,

I have applied 5 lots (175 Shares) @ 425 Rossari Biotech Limited through SBISmart. The basis of allotment is 5:1. Then why I have not allotted any lot. Entire 5 Lots rejected. Some of them got 2 out of 4 lotss.

Then what is the basis for allotment they followed

The allotment ratio is 5:1 [1 allotment out of 5] correct, but that doesn't mean who ever applies for 5 lot will get 1. Whoever has got 2 allotments out of 4, must have applied from more than 1 Demat account. As the IPO subscription was more than 1x, there is no chance that an applicant can get more than 1 lot even he/she has applied for full quota.
