This is not like NSE or NSE trade. Even BSE NSE par bhi rate alag alag hote hai. It depends on demand in the place. Agar aap grey market me sell karne kashmir jaoge to waha koi uska bhav nahi bolega uska matlab ye nahi ki GMP 0 hai.
