Please Correct me, if I am wrong.

As per my understanding for IPO, OFS in Rolex case is of Rs.675 Cr of Total IPO Rs.731 Cr.

i.e. Promotor may use or may not use this amount( rs.675 cr) for company/business. Thus, out of total received amount of Rs.731 cr, company will use only 56 cr.

Shall we invest(????) or shall be give our money to promotors?

Yes you are right. OFS mean direct to promoter pocket. Fresh issue will go to company. Btw this is a bad companies given they have defaulted and delayed their payments consistently in past. You can read the RHP. But for listing gains nothing to worry just apply and pray you get allotmetn and exit on first 5-10 mins.

The whole IT infrastructure of SBI is managed by TCS. Yaa the employee work culture of almost all PSB is worst but it does not interfere with its IT infrastructure where we apply for the shares. Just for the record I got allotment in Zomato, happiest minds, Burger King from SBI ASBA

You will have to register the beneficiary demat account detail first. Just go over the options under e-Services section and find. Once registered you can use that on ASBA beneficiary.

You can add new but delete the old one which you won''t, but yes old data which is already mapped you apply using that applicants name. As the PAN has been freezed in that add new applicants window so we can''t add new.
