Itni tension kyu lete hai log , are jisko milna hoga usko notification aa jayega agle 2-3 hours me jisko nahi aya matlab nahi mila simple , waise bhi isme 90% logo ko nahi milna hai.

I got a message on my bhim UPI app saying that transaction failed while paying to rolex rings UPI due to bank server issue.
Does that mean I got the allotment ?
If yes , what happens if payment doesn''t go through?
