buy 1 lot of committed cargo today for long term

Committed exited on listing day at 85 Rs loss. In kontor booked minor loss.. when stock was failed to bounce back.

​@Ipoaspire Didn’t follow Committed and I’m still holding Kontor. In fact, added post listing and planning to add more in the coming days. I think most people got distracted from this because of WeWork bankruptcy, without understanding it is not using same business model and it is not in US! In India, shared spaces are presently in boom, have first hand experience. Expecting similar from Kontor too.
I had a similar conviction for Urban Enviro which dropped significantly post listing and went below issue price. Today, it is 4.5x of issue price. Not suggesting Kontor will have the same fate, hoping it does as based on numbers, it seems a good one. Rest, only time can tell.

Still holding Committed, the company looks gud and should rebound..

Just a suggestion that when you inform while entering a stock, pls make it a habit of also informing when you exit the same.

​@Kapz I too holding Kontor with similar expectation although I entered almost at its peak price. Was expecting the half-yearly results by now yet looks like have to wait for some more time. IMO Urban Enviro is different ball game so the growth is obvious there. Kontor is more of service. Another organisation I know is Indiqube (not listed) who has pan India presence and is way more massive than Kontor and currently minting happily.
Correct me if I am wrong, I just hope Kontor is not just those business centres disguised as space-as-a-service.

@mark bab. I usually entred for short term and exited when make a decent profit and in case stock doesn't perform than also I don't want for long and look to exit without wasting much time.

​@mark bab @Learning Always I sent an email to Kontor investors contact email requesting the results date but they’ve not yet responded. I’ve sent a reminder email and will confirm as soon as I hear back. Perhaps, you both can write an email to request the same too.

Indicube and many others are indeed going into full scale expansion. The only other listed company that we can take a cue from is EFC (I) ltd. And the impact on their share price is quite visible. Truly hope Kontor mirrors in some ways.

ALso called the no. 02262790000. The lady told that I will get a call back with information....but recieved no call.

​@mark bab I too called the same number today to give a strong nudge as we are not getting back any information. The lady has taken my details and assured that she’ll get back. Will keep you posted.

Finally, received a response- Since we are listed in Oct 2023, Therefore the result of the Company to exchange will be submitted in March 2024, as you are aware that In SME , Half yearly compliance are applicable.

Move from Spectrum to Baba

Very aggressive valuation. As @Priyanka Meghwal ji pointed out, there are investors who were allotted shares just before the IPO ( at INR 100/share). Biggest customer is a group company, so difficult to say if the big jump in profits in the latest reported quarter is managed or not. LM's track record is hit or miss, so can't say what kind of listing might be managed, but this does not like something I would want to own for the long term even at a discount from issue price.

Sir what's the final call on this ? Should I applies for listing gain?

Additionally, it may not be proper to judge valuations on the basis of FY 24 earnings (6 months) as data can't be relied upon.
On the basis of complete FY 23 earnings, PE comes to 51, which is very pricy.
It is upto individuals whether they choose to apply only on the basis of past performance of LM.
I would wait for anchor list for reaching a final decision (will only apply if list is exceptional).

What I got to know that they have changed their primary model to B2B bulk sale so the recent growth jump is due to the change in the business model and that is also the reason for better profitability. There are a lot of unorganised players in this segment but Rocking Deals is the largest player and they can tap this market in a better organised way.
