Govt has priced RITES issue reasonably coz they have bigger divestments lined up without which the fiscal deficit will go for a toss. They are very well aware that without public support this is not achievable by using proxies like LIC to bail out the issue every time. Kutte ki dum tedhi ki tedhi. This is a small issue hence will give gains and retailers will flock again to these PSU issues for charity and nation building
@ Satoshi Nakamoto @ There is no complete ban so you can still buy
That's correct.. ...They only banned the real dangerous stuff like rupee notes......Cryptos offer the holiest digital way of exchanging wealth in a very overt (peer to peer) manner. Hence pose no threat....:D

Gmp of RITES is 38-40 Gmp of Fine Organic is 45-48
With the limited knowledge (from some of its offices) the culture remains like other PSUs. Though had been low/no debt company, it doesn't take even a month, see case of ONGC, to make it cash rich to heavily indebted.
Hence, not recommending it for long-term investment at this point of time. (view is personal)
Part-II For IPO (short term view)
The benefit of - nominal discount and little appreciation on listing - may be the point of consideration. Could be invested for short-term or ultra short-term view.
Just now I downloaded the application form of Ritz Limited and Fine Organic Ltd. from the site of B.S.E. I saw that only 240 forms of Fine Organic Limited have been downloaded where the Ritz Limited more than one lakh forms have been downloaded, I guess it That Ritz Limited will be subscribed more than 10 times, while It is doubtful to subscribe 1x to Fine Organic Limited
I think this issue will see good subscription keeping in mind midhani gave almost double returns in just a week..it is priced comfortably so we can expect good gains at least this time..
How many applications required for fully subscription in retail???
