1. To consider the proposal of raising funds from India / abroad for the further expansion of the Company. 2. To consider the resignation letter dated July 01, 2009 received from Mr. Sunil V Adiyeri, Independent Director of the Company.

I don't know how you short the stock (In CASH not margin) & stay withou covering same day - I heard something new ....... can you do that? .... I know in stock (F&O - no circuitlimit) you can hold the postion (margin)... (As I am not fully awared of Indian Stock Market - different products/trade rules)

Or you everyday short the stock & cover same day & short again next day (strictly delivery base).. I guess you are doing this.

I have purchased 800 shares at 19.25. What is the future. I would like to buy 1200 more but do not know at what level. Can you please suggest?

I think ... I made a mistake by buying this stock a week early.
Today I made again little profit - by selling this stock in the morning (Avg 17.51) - which I bought yesterday (Avg 16.60).

# I didn't hear what happened in today's meeting.
# Stock lost momentum after 3.00 - with heavy sell off in indian stock market -
still AVG 17.27 is higher than yesterday's 17.04 - it shows upward journey - but I am not happy with that & I accept my mistake.
I learned something again today.

Please let me know once your view changes on this stock. I have heavily shorte this stock. I am waiting for 15 Rs. Otherwise I have plan to cover my short position when this stock moves for 2nd consecutive day. This way I will definitely make profit even if stock goes back to IPO price of 33 Rs.

My profit is going up everyday due to shorting this stock. Some people sold it when it was 33, some sold when 22, some sold today at 16.1, some will sell at 15 later as Amit Sir predicted it long back and sticking to it. Woooohooooo

You are correct - I have more than 30000 of shares -
The global bearish sentiment is cause of delay in upward moment for this stock - No one can predict the exact date or price of turn arround unless he/she is an operator - someone can predict
tentatively - anyways - I am going to definately make atleast profit in six figure - lets see.

You have been averaging this stock from 22 Rs. And now your average price is 19 Rs. You must be having around 30,000 shares of this useless company. Even grading companies gave it Grade 1, which is lowest possible grade on fundamental basis.
Ealier you told that it will move up from Tue onwards. Now you are telling that it will move up from Fri onwards. If you extend your date of moving up every day, then some day you will definitely be right. Even a kid can do that. It does not require any analysis. Give one date and stick to it.

INFACT - I made huge profit today - by implementing BUY low - Sell High (Now My AVERAGE stands at 19.00)
...Today It seems below 16.50 - I am only the BUYER..well it works for me.

i got 200 shares through ipo, i didnt sale upto now, please suggest me whether i need to hold or sell at any cost.

Based on your and Dada's discussion I sold all my shares and shorted heavily. Today I covered all my short position. Luckily I recovered all my loss and finally as of now I have made 20,000 Rs profit. Thanks again for your sugestions.

IF SOMEBODY SAYS THIS WILL GO TO THAT PRICE OR THAT WILL COME TO THIS PRICE DONT BUY/SELL. THEN YOU ARE SPECULATOR AND NOT AN INVESTOR.
ALWAYS TAKE YOUR JUDGMENT.

RIshabdev is selling its share himself. No else can book 50% loss in seven days. Management know the exact value of this share is around 11 Rs.
Why we all lost our money. They have cheated us. They shd be punished
