As per SEBI rules now onwards Funds will not be debited from banks until the Shares allotted to the client. But amount will be freezed in your account, So no hassle of getting refunds if you dont get allottment..

So is it true for this IPO too ??

don't get emotional reshabdev ipo list around 39 to 41 , ITS TAKE TIME AND GRAUDULY MKT. GET HEALTY RETURN .

Is the time is better to apply ipo, or we should wait for mkt.more better for us. and get our return atleast 2.5% to 2 % on our investment. pls advise us.
