Sir, har page par Fresh Issue Shares, OFS Shares, pre holding shares and post holding shares diye hote hai lekin shares outstanding nhi. usko kaise calculate kare. I'm a new member so i don't know about it. Plz help.

Sir it's a very simple concept

ROC ( Registrar of Companies) gives a limit to issue shares to each company exclusively

For Eg: Valiant Laboratories
45,000,000 - It is technically known as
AUTHORIZED SHARE CAPITAL

From Which 32,560,000 shares are already issued before IPO
It is technically known as No.of shares outstanding pre-issue or issued capital pre-ipo

And It will issue some part in IPO as Fresh issue

44,116,000 - This will be known as NO.OF SHARES OUTSTANDING POST ISSUE or issued capital post- issue

Hum EPS nikal raha tha lekin mera EPS page par diye EPS se match nhi kar raha tha. IPO details page par jo PAT diya hota hai hum wahi use kar raha tha lekin kahi par SHARES OUTSTANDING nhi mil raha tha. Apka reply read karne k baad FRESH ISSUE SHARE + OFS SHARE + POST SHARE HOLDING IPO ko add kiya toh SHARES OUTSTANDING mil gaya. Thank you

but no competition and decent company, good for listing gain i guess , what's your take?
