Pant is not related to Rishabh Instruments Ltd.

Rishab Instruments is into a bunch of manufacturing viz, electrical instruments, automotive aluminum die castings and other solar instruments like inverters etc. Since when was the first-time electrical measuring multimeters were used? Mechanical one over past 60 years and electronic ones over 30 years. Nothing high tech about these and other instruments that Rishab makes! Aluminum pressure die casting is another low-end nonvalue added item like raw materials. Five manufacturing plants with two in India, two in Poland and one in China explains over 60% revenue is exports under consolidated accounts. Actually, three units outside India are producing and selling locally. China being highly competitive market in the low-end products, one is not sure how much of accounting jugglery is done to show profits.

Unrelated product spread and geographical locations appear like a masala of unplanned dishes cooked first and then put together, added in menu as an afterthought to serve a client with new name! One will recall that automotive companies like Endurance, Precision camshaft, Varroc with diversified products and plants overseas of similar nature in the past struggled to claw back to IPO price post euphoria.

All in all, this company looks was established with several subsidiaries from a trader turned manufacturer, to involve and offer roles to all family members and then structured into DHRP with help from merchant bankers, lead managers who are adept at marketing IPO at the peak of euphoria.

At offer price of 411, several shares with investment potential exist in secondary market. I am not applying in this at the cost of losing any listing benefits. Do take your decision based on your risk appetite. Happy Investing!

When I sell a stock, shares are debited on the same day for early payin. However, Kotak Securities is crediting the amount on the third day. Other brokers are also adopting the same timeline? Please provide experience with other brokers. Thanks 🙏

Today HMA is above 705. It's short term target is 750+. One can hold it even medium term also. This ipo was not fully subscribed and full allotment to all.
In most of the ipos one can't get allotment and it's useless for non allottees and waste of time & money. This type of issues give something which is good & provides us some satisfaction.

Very good observation, but what of this company have very high gmp then you will say this company is most high tech in world. If we compare this with aeroflex anybody can say which is more technical. Off course this company not commanding as popularity as aeroflex due to absence of some ace investor. But that does not mean Nothing high tech about these and other instruments that Rishab makes! i thing many people or company you know who are making these kind of cheap and non technical product. Please enlighten us with some name. There are many reasons to not apply but still these kind of comment not acceptable from an expert.

I dont think every IPO should be speculated like this. It doesnt excite me. Not applying. Nothing fancy in this from fundamental point of view
