I have also applied 12 Bhni on the basis of comparison with Genus power and HPL electric. The peers have a narrower portfolio of products and have higher valuations. In this bull market, everything appears expensive and some listing gains is in store for Rishabh Instruments even if it can't attain such high valuations.
Only overhang is OFS issue, major revenue (67%) from exports ( Currently global economies are facing headwinds whereas Indian economy is strong ) and Fy23 flat bottomline.
