"Priority" is just a fancy term to make clients feel superior, there's nothing like priority when you want to bank with Kotak. They treat you like their captive customer base to force-sell and even mis-sell insurance and investment products.
I went for a home loan, they dilly-dallied for 6+ months, kept asking for more and more docs, home n office visits, and then finally refused it on flimsy grounds related to the project development stage (which they could have rejected much earlier).
Went to erstwhile HDFC Ltd., got sanction and disbursal in less than 10 days!
