i am a subbroker. on that day when resurgere mine fall from 800 t0 200 in one day i shorted it on 750 covered on 640. again i bought on 640 few clients a/c in good faith. but now because of my ignorance my client are badly trapped? cant we complaint about such companies to sebi? can we get some money back through investor protetion fund can anybody help me?
is there any person trapped getting his money return through any means ? what is investor protection fund?
also i don't understand why investors don't come together go to SEBI how can a IPO rise so much and then fell almost 40% in a day it's clear case of manupulation

this stock was one of the highly super duper speculative
i.p.o ever which as ruined many people since te day of listing,
as the stock was in grip of big speculators and no logic can
justify the price it should be worth.
But what happened on 4.09.08 at around noon the stock was from
20% up to 20% down , any idea / rumour there has tosome reason.
Can any one explain ,

dear suraj, just go to icici direct site they will allow u margin trade where u can sell your share even on 2nd day also, i was lucky to buy at right time and sell at right time, as i have already caushioed these types of issues do not get carried away these kinds of compnies they are all fraud and no sebi or govt has any control over them.

It takes T+2 days to get the stock and one day the market was closed.

I have not got my stocks till now though i bought on the listing day first hr through icicidirect.com

PITY about this script.

it is sucribed only 1.16 times, but went like a rocket, and definetly it comedown like a missile. Guys please be aware about IPO's. Last year I was just applied in only IPO's and got allotted around 8 scripts and booked profit around Rs 50,000/-. Now just simply buy few blue chip shares like BHEL, L&T & RIL and few more and kept quit.

I am sorry if i am wrong.

All the mouths will be shut after seeing today's collapse. I pity all the traders who have brought this share today. This is big gamble played on traders, and stock will come to its IPO price by monday.

i am back, today i have sold at 702/- all my purchases in Resergere mines which i bought at 425/-. so in this way even if I have not applied in this IPO I have made fortune, but this is fluke, U may lose or win in this situation becuase fundamental do not support these kind of activities, I have made fortune in Austral Coke which I have invested and I advised all the boarder to invest but caustiosly, I have never advised borders to invest in Resergere but in Austral Coke I have advised to invest cautiously, even i have invested in small lot and gained. Please go by your own judgement by investing these type of risky issues and play the game
