Another Dark Horse. I think it will be like EP Biocomposite which opened for subscription in August last and listed in Sept. Didn’t have much attention when issue is open. Even Davda Sir rated AVOID. Still it listed with more than 30% up, now quoting more than 80% of issue price. Market always gives Thumbs Up for Innovative product Companies.

@REAL IPO, The product is a new concept one making from waste plastic, technology intensive hence can be a Dark Horse as can be seen from EP biocomposite.
EPR :- The company is in the waste processing industry and is eligible for EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) under the governments EPR Policy. Currently the company is eligible for EPR to the extent of 11000 metric tonnes per annum as per present capacity across Category 1-Rigid Plastic Packaging, Category 2- Flexible Plastic Packaging & Category 3-Multilayered Plastic Packaging. This would lead to a direct addition to the bottom-line by 3 Crore in coming financial years and with extended capacity up to 6 Crore in future years directly improving PAT and EPS.
Carbon Credits :- The company may also be eligible for carbon credits and are already exploring opportunities in the carbon credit market which again like EPR will directly add to the bottom-line significantly improving margins and profits.
