is icici on kata with religare......no code seen on icici.....also whether allotment not made to icii direct customers??

510 was today's lower resistance mark after which there was a jump to 530 levels at 2.30pm today. The reason being block deal of 1lac shares(check Moneycontrol.com-intraday block deals) done. Tommorow's opening price is 552 and Day;s high is 612.

Thanks for the comments.To start with i dont see Religare falling below 500 levels, the reason being it was strong resistance at 510. I expect a good rise tommorow as i said which should help you to book partial profits. The max will be close to 610 level tommorow and low will be 509 for sure.

Hi all I am having sharekhan account and had applied from my Axis Bank, New Delhi Account.
Though I have not been alloted any Shares but My concern is When I will get the refund. Did any body having Axis Bank Account in delhi has got his amount Credited.

My querry is whether huge volumes present any future trend-upward or downward movement. Is this common for all IPO that trading on the first day is huge volumes.

today traded volume includes both buy and sell.
For example : 60 lakh buy + 40 lakh sell = 1 cr traded qty

In addition to that single share can be bought and sold many times in a single day. traded qty adds it every time.

For example

A buys 100 + B sells 100 = 200 traded qty
A sells 100 + C buys 100 = 200 traded qty

total shares 100 and traded qty 400.

Anybody can correct if am wrong.

Today volume tarded was almost 1 crore 11 lac shares, whereas the public issue was 75 lacs. Can somebody explain the significance of such a huge trading volume. Experienced persons (like IPO ke raja) may please guide us about such behaviour. Is this common in all IPO.

Please dont compare religare with Supreme infra. Religare will definitely reach 750 wihin 10 days. Good luck to allotees as well as who brought today. People who is expecting for 450, Please wait for any split in the share to be happen.

I have purchased 100 shares @ 562 what does it look like. Should i hold on to it or sell it of once cost price is reached. I was planning to hold it till edelweiss list since it is also in same business.

Religere should very well if markets open up in green. There have been lot of block deals done at 570-580 levels, so this should be a good for long term as well. The fall in Religare today to 520 levels was solely due to the Sensex plunging down. My view for tommorow is 15 per up move close to that will take to 610.5. This should be max target for tommorow. Friday it would take to 720 level for sure. So if you have purchased at 530 levels, it was really good.

though the sensex was not holding up through out the day religare was not much affected and keeping up ,it shows the soundness just go through once prospectus with sebi which make assured that religare will go 900-950,will yeild best deal definate.
