you can obtain form from the Lead manager outlet and as well as company itself also distribute form in various mode that too free of cost, they also distribut it along ith news paper and also distribute it on banks corner too...........


as it stated that Lead managers are various banks so you can get the form from there also

Is It confirm that Reliance Power is coming on 15th jan.???????

Biggest IPO Ever, discount for retail as per sebi norms?!, lets see.

I dont think one should worry about undersubscription , well see Dlf did doubled finally in less than 6 mon. I agree that there may be more stocks which that may come in 2008 and can double or triple but the problem is you get the min lot in ipo if you are lucky (doubling 6k in quick time, i still do it cause it still counts) by the time u go and buy in secondary market its already getting listed with huge price and one gets confused as if the stock can give more than that in quick time and if you still buy YOU have started taking RISKS...

This stock may double soon Grey market is posting a premium of 340 to 360

RPL IPO Price 430 to 450 (Expected) , Premium 340 to 360.

well think about it and i think retail should be profiting a lot from this and go for it...but its your hard earned money and if you are worried like DLF getting your 1 LAC locked then ofcourse there are many other stocks coming up!.

"Reliance Power IPO in late Jan, to raise Rs 11,000 cr"

According to invesment banking sources, the company is expected to price the issue at Rs 410 to Rs 450 per share. At this price, the company would be valued between Rs 96,000 and Rs 100,000 crore.

Under its original draft prospectus, the company had planned to issue 130 crore equity shares of Rs 2 each at a price of around Rs. 90 per share. However, under the prevailing guidelines, the offer price of share with a face value of less than Rs 10 need to be at Rs 500 or above. As a result, the company changed the face value to Rs 10.

The company now plans to issue 26 crore equity shares, and the issue size would make it the biggest IPO after reality giant DLF’s IPO of Rs 9,250 crore last year. In case the issue is priced at Rs 450 per share, the company will mop up Rs 11,700 crore, which would be more than the Rs 10,500 crore offer for sale of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation in which government divested a part of its holding in March 2003.

Since this is very big issue and lot and bit complicated as per.... So listing would be bit late as compared to other issues.... but it may happen you will get money back..... ( not sure for that also).......
