applied for reliance power IPO for 225 share and paid Rs 25875.00 vide ch no 471507 dated 16.01.08 hdfc bank surat, but till date no allotment or not refund received my Demant a/c No is 1204310000008517, please help me in this case.

KARVY HAS PUT ALL HIS PHONE LINES ON HOLD AND THEREFORE EVEN TRYING REGOURASLY; CANT CONTACT THEM.

IT SEEMS THAT ALL THE PROCESS IS HAUTCHPAUTCH AND BEING TAKEN BY FOOLISH, NOVICES AND INEXPERIANCED RELUCTANT BUNCH OF PEOPLE.

IN THE CASE OF OTHER IPOs, WE RECEIVED EITHER THE ALLOTMENT ADVICE, CR. IN DEMAT A/C OR REFUND MONEY WELL BEFORE THE LISTING DAY.

BUT, I THINK Mr. A. D. AMBANI DOES NOT HAVE TIME TO LEAVE THE GLAMOUR OF AAAs AND LOOK AFTER THE COURSE.

IT IS ADVICED TO LODGE THE COMPLAINT WITH SEBI...

I HAVE DONE SO AND I HAVE RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION MAIL FROM KARVY ABT THE COMPLAINT DIRECTED BY SEBI.

Friends,

I applied for Reliance Power IPO but when i checked in the internet i couldnt find any allotment. The same was confirmed by the broker too.
Now that when i receive the statement, i find 17 shares alloted against my name. How could it be possible?
Is there anyway to search that was it alloted against my application only.

I am new to this and experts like you may give some valuable advice.

Hello Friends:

Those who haven't got refund; pls dont panic.
Some of the refunds are being made by Karvy through Registered Post (Pay Order) even when investor may have opted for ECS facility.

I too have ECS activated. But today i got refund through Registered Post & it was dispatched on Feb 12. That means it takes on an average 10 days to reach your pocket :D

I had applied for 225 partly paid share and till today neither share is alloted to my DP account nor the money is refunded.

People please don't post your account or Demat account info here on the board.

We cannot do anything about your refund in particular. All we can do is a generic complain, as lakhs of people are facing the same issue.

You account info could be MISSUSED !! So please dont diclose such important info in a public board like this.

Even i have not received any refund till date. Karvy has messed up bigtime again.

Last year D mat fraud and this time refund delay. SEBI should ban Karvy from IPOs completely.!!

Mine is also exactly the same case as Sudhir. My application number indicates that I have been alotted 16 shares but name is different. Karvy is really playing and njoing with our money guyz. SEBI should take some action against them.
