Investors please listen to everyone but use your mind after doing a little R&D before Investing. This Business is very difficult.

Hi 833. par, rohini,

You can have any no. of accounts with the same first name but it must be with different DPs. But mind well, you can put more than one IPO application in which first name is same. Your all the IPO applications with the same first name will get rejected. You will get allotment in none. In your case you can have demat accounts with the combinations
ashish+rajni
rajini+ashish
ashish
rajani

but u can place only two applications for any IPO. So better don't open four accounts, only two are OK. OR you can have demat account on your parents/children's name with second holder yourself in all.

Current scenario suggest that Subscription will be 5 to 7 times in the retail category.
Minimum 15 shares and maximum 225 shares.
Rs 20 discount for the retail investors.
So,upper band price will be Rs 430 for the retail investors, and amount for the fully paid customer will be Rs 96750 (1 lakh maximum).
If one goes for Rs 115 part payment option then amount will be Rs 25875.
Allotment would be same for fully paid customer and partly paid customer.
Listing - First week of Feb.

multiple demat accounts

i don't know whom you are trying to fool by opening 4 demat a/c using different combinations. I think you should remember following :

1. any person can open any no. of demat a/cs. This is legally right.
2. but the person can put one and only one application in any ipo.

Earlier people open multiple a/cs and put multiple bids in ipo thats why quoting of PAN was made mandatory. Now every demat holder have to provide his PAN no. to depository. Multiple applications in any IPO is traced by PAN no. of the applicant.

So if you open an demat a/c with name like a+b and a then also you can not put application from both demat a/c as there is only one PAN no. In that case both of your applications will be rejected.

Vikas,

I don think 225 is the right figure.......discount is only when it comes to payment. The application will be for value of 450 only. So max quantity shud be 210......
