i want to apply for both (rpl, future) so plz help me if i get RPL shares more than 25875 then will i get refund from future ipo(till that day, when rpl's calling of remaining amount)
Recall ICICI FPO. There was discount of Rs 50 for retail investors. Please open ur old applications if u have (online or hard copy). You can clearly see that despite discount of 50 Rs while applying on clicking cut off the price of 950 was automatically getting filled. However amount paid was for rate of Rs 900.
ICICIdirect customers can check in their IPO order books and confirm.
This clearly proves that max lot size will be 210 for retail investors if cutoff is selected
I have been told that some broking firms are giving incentive for applying through their application form in case of Rel Power.Is this a fact. If so what is the normal incentive.
i guess better safe than sorry does not mean I order thee 210 shares. Those will ing to take the risk without confirmation for proper sources and would prefer to go the 225 route - be my guest. I just adviced 210 as i think that way no one will missout, since there is a lot of confusion out here.
its not the wrong advice man... after a broken closk is also right twice a day. just a safe advice. the messages were clear that its a safe advice!!!!!!
you are right abt bid 1 ( full payment) 210 * 450 => 94500
and regarding bid 2 its 210 * 115 => 24150
the discount would be accounted for in diff ways for the two type of payments incase of bid two(partial payment) when you have to pay remaining balance, it is calculated as ((share allocated*430) - 24150)
As far as full payment goes, your discount would come along with the refund.
Mr. ThePrince let me clear my stand as I never advice for what I feel others should do but if you read it properly I have written that the moment I get the clarification from the concerned authorities will amend my view point but since it is to early to talk about and decide. As if you read the payment terms nowhere it is written that the application money has to be submitted after deducting the discount neither it says about the full amount therefore after seeking a firm advice from the Issue organisers etc will be able to say what is the correct figure. It is always to play safe instead of blaming someone after.
Hi, Im having online demat account in reliance money. I want to apply online for rel power ipo. Can anyone tell me, whether i can apply online if i choose partial payment mode (ie Rs 115 per share). thanks in advance
Hii All, This is for comments from My.Jain,Mr.Manoj etc who have been advocating only 210 shares.
This assesment is wrong.. It is max lot of 225 shares. the reason being.
1. In the RHP it clearly given that retailers will get 5 % discount. So even if it share price is fixed at Rs 450/- ... Retail will get it at Rs 430/- or Rs 427.5
2. We need to take the net amount payable at the end of the day given in the RHP. SO net amount payable even if we get MAX ALLOTMENT will be Rs 225*430= Rs 96,750.
3. Finally ,discount is already given now and u need not wait till allotment to know the discounted rate my friends.
In case u need more extra clarifiction go to COMMENT No:822 ... It has a detailed report of the bidding proces..
SO i request everyone not to give wrong information ....
Thanks Mr Rajesh Modi for seeking my View Point in this matter. Let me tell you as I have alrady wrote few Mails to the office of FM & Sebi to make a Ratio of 40:30:30 so that people who are not satisfied like me with 1 Lac Limit can opt for NI Category instead of RII. Well thats my point of view as I think today still there are people who they depend on these type of money winning for their monthly short fall from salery or for reserves and not getting enough salary, basically it is an debateable issue because if we start debating on it will never end.Everyone has its own point of view and angle.
