1150. SHAREKHAN |   Link |  Bookmark | January 9, 2008 6:28:47 PM
kindly advice that if we have to apply as per 450 per share than we cannot apply for more than 14 lots and as per 430 per share we can apply for 15 lots , so shall we bid as 450 per share or 430 per share, pls advice.

How does renting out the demat account work? Who puts in the application money and how does the whole transaction take place and is it legal?

part payment application or full money application - both will get the same allotment.i.e. if the issue is oversubscribed by more than 5 times both category applicants will be getting not more than 50 shares and the full application money for 50 shares is 50*430(maximum price for retail applicants) 21500/ and that will be less than the partly paid application money for full lot of retail limit.and this will b less than the amount of around rs.25000/ paid by retail applicants.
1143. ramakrishna |   Link |  Bookmark | January 9, 2008 5:14:21 PM
there is no allotment def between partial applicant and full applicant

Dear firend

Please suggess me, as per my view fully amount and partally amount have diffrent allotement.

example : if issue will subcribe 15 times in retail then fully amount in retail will get 60 shares and partally investor will get 15 shares . This is my thought . Please suggess ...........

Pl tell us the maximum amount & shares applied in the ipo of relaince power, if we are retail investor and adopt payment method of partial payment i.e.25% (115 per share).

Carolyn(1139)& Friends....
Just arrange for 26000 and apply for the full lot.......
I am damn sure, this issue will be highly over subscribed and retail investors are not going to get more than 1 or 2 lots.
