To all retail investors.
listen.................listen.....this is procedure.........
Just follow this.
Offer price: Rs. 450
Discount: Rs. 20
Rs. 430 is the amount per share after discount.

Bid lot = 15 shares.
Max = 15 shares * 15 max bit lot = 225 shares.
Rs. 430 * 225 shares = Rs. 96750/-

You need not pay full amount of Rs. 96750.
You can make partial payment ie payment method 1.

Partial payment = Rs. 115 per share
Rs. 115 * 225 Shares = Rs. 25875 i.e. payment type 1.

once the shares is alloted to u.u have to pay the rest money money....which is 70875.........this is the right way..u all enjoy...

Do u have any idea about how many times will the Reliance Power be overscribed. DLF's IPO was subscribed only 0.96 times on Retail investor whose total shares issued were less than that of Relaince Power

and one more question.
Partial Payment:- After allotment if there is price difference
1st Case:- If price is more then we have to pay.
2nd case need not pay.
my question is:-> Suppose applied thru partial payment and pay the full money after allotment if we need to pay more,
can we sell shares on the listing day if payment is done(Partial Payment).
1172. Harish |   Link |  Bookmark | January 9, 2008 9:26:09 PM
if we apply for full payment there is 20rs discount. 450-20=430.
If we go for partial payment method r we going to get 5% discount?

buying RPL @ 900 rs is just power madness. it is beyond its valuation. NTPC which is operational & also not able to tread at this level.
.
RPL cant sustain 900 level.
.
PL Note.
.
Only thats why Anil Ambani has given option of PARTIAL Payment... so dat people cant immediatly sell shares. People has to hold it upto 28 days then one can sell it.

To all retail investors.

Just follow this.
Offer price: Rs. 450
Discount: Rs. 20
Rs. 430 is the amount per share after discount.

Bid lot = 15 shares.
Max = 15 shares * 15 max bit lot = 225 shares.

Once shares alloted.
If number of shares alloted are valued in excess of Rs. 25875, then the difference amount should be paid.

If number of shares alloted are less than that of Rs. 25875, you will get the refund.

Simple enough? Don't break your head.

I think at the time of application retail investors have to take 450 as price. then one lot will be 15*450=6750 and 14 lots will be 14*6750=94500 the discount of rs 20 will be adjuste in refund order. so retail investors can apply for 14 lots. in part payment it will be 14*15*115=24150 for one lakh application. please share your views.

hi friends
what is the resion to fall down grey rate of ipo rpl from 12500 to 7500
on 100000 aopplication
1164. abhie |   Link |  Bookmark | January 9, 2008 8:18:13 PM
ven we can apply for 15 lots. 25875 as retail investors are getting shares at rs 20 dis = 430. so 430 x 225 = 96750.

what is this (25875 - 1 market lot value)
how did u get the figure 25875
1161. raj |   Link |  Bookmark | January 9, 2008 8:03:09 PM
hi palanivelu,
balance payment will not be adjusted from the initial amount. one has to pay later. even if 15 shares alloted will remain partially paid , till the amount is paid.

only if 430 is paid the shares will be fully paid.

Dear All,
Kindly go for the partial payment option because the issue is going to heavily subscribed from the Retail side so even if you apply for 1 Lakh you will hardly get 1 market lot.So if you opt for partial payment option still you will get refund i,e ( 25875 - 1 market lot value ).So your shares will not be locked on the day of listing. You will be able to sell
