Others also can answer if they know,
Q: In part payment option can we apply for cut off price or not?
Or will we get the shares at cut off price only automatically, if the offer price is reduced in case there's not enough demand in Retail.

The confusion is getting deeper and deeper. The RHP on reliance power site as well as SEBI site clearly shows the max no. of shares as 225 (Page numbers 257 and 262).

Does someone have a more authentic proof than the RHP on SEBI site? I would be very happy to see one.
1323. rakesh |   Link |  Bookmark | January 11, 2008 9:41:32 PM
as per my calculation we can apply for 225 shares after taking discount for retail
1322. prasad |   Link |  Bookmark | January 11, 2008 9:41:30 PM
hmmm now lot of confusion creeping on.so 210 is confirmed dear N.K.JAIN?.Is it mentioned in application form?
1321. JD |   Link |  Bookmark | January 11, 2008 9:40:50 PM
Dear All,

Everyones doubts will be cleared when online application starts. I think lot shud be 210. If you will enter 225 it will raise error that max bid quantity in this category is exceeded. So wait and watch.
1320. N.K.Jain |   Link |  Bookmark | January 11, 2008 9:38:30 PM
Sorry for a late reply.

Its clearly 210 shares for max application. Someone has made fun by writing my name. Prasad you are wrong.

Dear Manoj(1321), I am not able to understand whom to believe. The URL that you refered to is from Chittorgarh.com (which says that you can apply for 210 shares max), but if you see the Red Herring Prospectus at this URL, http://www.reliancepower.co.in/html/pdf/Red_Herring_Prospectus.pdf , you can see at the bottom of page 257, it is written clearly: ## At the Cut-off Price, the maximum number of Equity Shares that can be Bid for by Retail Individual Bidders is 225.

Can someone show me some more authentic URL which make it clear what is the max number of shares we can bid for 225 shares or 210 shares?
