Thanks ajay for the information i was looking for.

Simultaneouly bad news to all of retail category investors. I assume from gujrat & maharastra every retail investor will apply for ful subscription. Which means 20 lacks retail invetor. i assume rest of the country only 25 % will apply for full subscription. Which means from rest of the country 20 lacks retail investors. total retail investor who will apply for full subscription will be almost 40 lacks.

WHICH MEANS 16 TIMES SUBSCRIPTION.

Here i am not counting those who will apply for less than 1 lacks.

In end we all be facing lottery system. Where only LUCKKKKK WORKS.

What you suggest ???

Hi Guys,

I have little calculation for reliance IPO.

I got some figure about total DMAT account which are valid under retail category are 10 lacks. I am not sure about these nos. But if I assume these are approximately correct and all 10 lacks will apply for full subscription ( 225 shares ).

Then the requirement of the total shares under retail category will be 225*10 lacks = 22.5 crore.

Which means under retail category subscription can be 22.5/6.5 = 4 times.

If I assume total DMAT account which are valid under retail category are 20 lacks then also subscription can not be more than 8 times.

What you guys suggest on this ? Do you have some calculation on subscription going to happen in retail category ?
