1516 - JD

My dear please check again.

If yu apply for 225 shares then yu have to pay 25875.

Which means taht 225 SHATRES @ 115 and balance afterwards.

You will have to pay 335 per share after allotment.

Allways this procedure is done for party paid shares .

FOR DLF also this was the case.

OK

Thanks

Gaurav Suri

Hi,
Can anyboby suggest me if I go for part payment option will I get the retail discount r I have to go for full payment option ?
1511. IPOwinner |   Link |  Bookmark | January 15, 2008 11:05:24 AM
Those who applied @115 also eligible for the Rs.20 discount,
At the time of allotment, shares will be given at discounted price (i.e 430).so small investers dont be confused.in my exp. "Reliance will never let down small invester like us"
and
go for Partial Payment(option-1)Max for Retail 225*115=25875.

retail investor will apply for maximum share is 225 * 115=25875/- in method of partpayment. it is very clearly write in red hearing prospector at page no.257. pl do not confuse every body.

the discount of 20 is for retail investors irrespective of the type of bid (part or full payment).

1507. confused again |   Link |  Bookmark | January 15, 2008 10:57:25 AM
And Yes,

all ICICI direct ppl, Please follow what vivek said in 1507, That is absolutely correct
1506. Confused |   Link |  Bookmark | January 15, 2008 10:54:28 AM
This is what it is, According to Karvy,

For part payment, there is no retail discount, Meaning part payment per share is 450/4 = 112.5. rounded off to 115 per share,

instead of 430/4 for part payment, But in either case, 96750 is the total bid value(part or full payment) and MAX 15 lots is TRUE for either case,

The above information is as told by a Karvy(Registrar for this IPO) agent....

So please be sure with what you are doing, there is still time for the IPO, so please call up your nearest Karvy agent and clarify your doubts, instead of arguing over here.....

Sandy,
Simple Funda is this, In Retail category you cannot apply apply for more then 1 LAC.
No of shares * 430 (In Full Payment Mode) < 1 Lac
No of shares * 450 (In Part Payment Mode) < 1 Lac

However in Part payment u are paying @115/- only, instead amount will be calculated on the basis of full share value that is 450/- and u cannot have the benefit of discount also.
