Getting a problem when applying through reliance money.

Selected retail, cutoff price and partial amount. Entered Quantity as 225 shares. Shows value as 101250 and amount payable as 25875. But, upon submit shows warning that amount should not exceed 100000. Am I doing something wrong?

Dear Mr Shiv Narayan Sahoo

Please dont confuse our fellow retail investors.

At icicidirect.com, though it is showing 450 per share, but at the bottom of the table is shows bid value as 96750/-, which is less than 1 lac.

Dear All

It is clear now.

All those retail investors who are applying in part payment option can apply maximum of 225 shares. In this particular case,

Amount payable = Rs 25875/-
Bid value = Rs 96750/- which is less than 1 lac.

Those who have confusion can see the value of Bid Amount on the Place order page of icicidirect.com.

It clearly mentions as follows:

After adjusting discount amount of Rs 20 per share, bid value is 96750/-

Thanks

Amit

Hi,
I'm first time applying for IPO with a very little amount of Rs.25000/-. Pl. suggest what should i do?
1526. Shiv Narayan Sahoo |   Link |  Bookmark | January 15, 2008 11:58:58 AM
You can apply for 225 shares online via ICICI direct. Dont worry, once you select option 1 - Part payment one, it is not showing the discount amt, rather it is calcuating at 450. Its clearly written in prospectus that retail can apply maximum at 450. May god bless you all and may we all get good allotment! Happy investing..

I'm an NRI and i want to apply by using the option No 1 i.e part payment. When i tried in my ICICI my application got rejected because there is no RBI approval. Please tell me how can i obtain RBI approval. Whether ICICI will get the approval on behalf of NRIs?

Yes Nishant you can apply for 225 shares if it is option 1 (Payment) as the price of per share will be calcualted @ discounted price i.e.430

Hi all,

In ICICI if i click the cut-off for full payment for 225 shares, the amount payble is coming for 96750 Rs. and the bid value coming for 101250 Rs.

Is it valid ?
