KARVY looks like cheating everyone by not returning the refund. They are holding the money from last one month which we could have invested.

Is there any possbility that KARVY could have used our money for their investment or put in bank to earn interest money.

Why SEBI is not taking any action. I am struggling to get back the money and KARVY has no courtesy to give the right information.

I have checked the site online were it says send by post but nothing received. My application number is 9 2150411

I have sent so many emails; tried to contact on telephone Nos 18003454001; (040)23420818 to 0828 but not able to get the call connected (so mny telephone lines and all are busy - doesnt it sound funny) and then talked with one Mr. M S Anand said to be the DGM (Investors Relation) of Karvy on his Cell No +919346577030 and on his request sent a mail to his mail id anandms@karvy.com.

But all in vain ... no response as yet.

No shares alloted ... money not refunded ...

The allotment was to be made by 9-X days (x=listing days)
Money was to be refunded by X day.
The balance money if any was payable on allotment by X+21 days
The above schedule was given in the prospectus.

Market has recovered well... REC IPO closed ...
Could have bought RPower for 350/-
without money a good opportuinity lost ...

AND NOW TALK OF THE BONUS SHARES ... (Jale par Namak)

Have any one seen such a mess with any IPO ... ?

AND NO FORUM TO GO ... ALL AR BIG FORUMS (LIKE SEBI) AND TIME CONSUMING AND EXPENSIVE ... THE SMALL INVESTOR CANT DO BUT TO WAIT AND WATCH AND PRAY ...

I lost reliance power acknowledgment receipt but cheque no 1695 Dated 18/01/2008 for Rs 25875 (AXIS BANK) was cleared on 23/01/2008as per the AXIS Bank statment.my axix bank acount no is204010100080422 My D.Mat Account no is 12019100678880. kind reply urently. A courrior was also sent on 21/02/2008 but the status of refund of the said amount is yet not known .

KARVY is very unprofessional. They give you different response for every email. One says refund through registered post, 2nd send through online and 3rd your application is not there. How can we request SEBI to BAN KARVY.

I have not received refund and so far I have send around 50 emails.

Karvy has given worst example of service.I also dint receive the refund yet.It's almost one month to the allotment still lots of problem. Need to raise complain against karvy to Sebi .
If anyone having suggestion then pls share.
