HOW TO CONTACT KARVY FOR SHARE ALLOTMENT AND REFUND PROCESSING?

Dear Sir,

I have invested in Reliance Power IPO through ICICI Direct.com i.e. through online.
I have applied for 225 share for Rs. 25,875 & I have been not allotted any share.
I heard that whoever applied for 225 share they got at least 15 to 17 share.
Even I have not got my money back/refund.

Even I have called/e-mailed to the registrar Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. (reliancepower.ipo@karvy.com) many times.
Even I have call them many times, after taking my application no. they are saying this application no. is invalid & they asked me to send the all the details which i have attached in the excel file.
Even I have called/mail ICICI Direct.com (helpdesk@icicidirect.com), but they also have not turn around.

Please help me.

I think people who have not got the refund should file a case in the consumer court. Karvy people are incompetent and as many people mentioned they are not available on the phone either.
