Friends, those who have applied RPL IPO through part payment should not be worried for listing gains. In case of allotmet is upto 60 shares(60*430=25800/-i.e. less than 25875/-) against application of 225shares there is no tention, but if the allotment is 60+ (61*4300=26230/- i.e. more than 25875/-)then in the date of listing you will not be able to sell. But as per the demand in retail category there will be a farm allotment of 15 shares for every 225shares.
No problem to sell the shares who paid partly payment on fisrt day who applied full lot. We may get max 15 shares(Firm allotment), so we wont pay any money to the company. We will get refund money from the company. So we can sell the allotted shares on listing day itself.
Hello Friends i have applied for 855 shares in part payment for rs-98325, how much should i expect, can i sell it on the listing date.???????? please reply me soon
Please note that, the same investor applying from different Demat accounts may get all his applications rejected. That is the reason, the people have started opening the demat account in the name of their family members and applying to this IPO. However, it must be noted that PAN is mandatory to open a demat account.
