some of them got 16 shares and few of them got 17 shares who have applied for 225 can any one just say me what will be the listing price and weather to hold for long term or not

I had made many applications with partial payment option for 225 shares, however, none of my applications have been alloted any shares. How is this possible?

I thought who ever applied for 225 is sure to get atleast 1 lot.

Please help me understand.

Reliance power ka listing ho gaya hai I got 17 shares.
Jin logo ne 1lac ki application ki hai un logo ko 16-17 shares allot hue hai.
