Bonus shares,

"Postal ballot forms duly completed with the assent(for) or dissent (against), so as to reach the Scrutinizer before the close of working hours (17.00 hours) on or before April 19, 2008, to be eligible for being considered, failing which, it will be strictly treated as if, no reply has been received from the Member. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced on or after April 21, 2008."

SO Guys and Gals, Fasten your seat belt as record date is soon to come. People have already started making positons in RPOWER.

As you can see the stock is at 375 from recent lows of 303. Internal people have started buying.

Buy RPOWER so as to get the bonus. After the announcement of record date the share will see new highs of 550 - 650.

the people who applied through ICICIDIRECT,and the banks like
HDFC,Kotak Mahindra they got refund.the people who applied through third parthy like sharekhan,karvy etcc..they got the money buthtese people not refunding to you guys.Reliance has refunded
the amount to all before listing.if you have not refunded ask your trading company

Recd refund cheque, but cheque is dishonoured. Karvy says send bank statement and the cheque. Now who will bear costs? Are they going to pay for their inefficiency?

i apply ipo of rpower but still i nor recive refund order or shares in demat a/c but in my bank a/c my cheque debited all ready
in site of karvy all information given but till not response

still 70000/- rs. has not been received. daily iam sending mails and talking with customer care executives. but they always need all details and then they will say that please sent tha bank statement. i have sent almost 50 times. but nothing has happened. i have sent so many complaints to sebi also, but dint get any reply

My Rs.25850 got stuck with Karvey, Since last 3 month I am following up with Karvey, every time they will inform that, they will send the amount but still I have not received my amount.

Can some body please help me what is the further procedure, I am really upset with Karvey's service. It is very poor. I need to claim interest and compensation as Iam mentally disturbed with these people .

Does anybody have definite information whether those who purchased shares from secondary market will get bonus shares or not? (really it is not required because they did not suffer any loss due to lower listing)

vivek gupta- don't worry, sending ballot paper is not a criteria of issuing bonus. it is a mere formalitysince anil ambani & group owns abt 90% shares so only their votes requird to pass the resolution.

I have heard from someone that we will receive a ballot from RPower, whosoever fills and sends that ballot back will get the bonus shares. Is this information correct? If someone knows the record-date for bonus shares, please share the same with all.

In DPID - 300476 of krishna kashinath chaudhari of date 9.04.2008 ISIN - INE 614G01033 i got 15 shares of reliance power however as per declaration reliance power had given additional 9 shares offered free.The remaining amount of 57,750 is still pending with karvy stock broking ltd is not paid yet .Hence i request you to take prompt action in this regard.
