Before apply in any IPO do some own analysis or guidance from experts on this forum and then decide to apply and save your hard earned money. Invest wisely in good stock not in speculative (tuche) stocks. See the track record of company as well as management , its financial performance, future planning, debt, cash, share pledge, FII/DII investment, peer comparison, EPS, Dividend etc. Invest in good such companies of different sectors and give some time for multi fold returns/wealth creation. A person having patience is sure to gain in share market.

It is not fair to compare this ipo with R power or Rcom and if the question is of comparison then why one could not compare to Reliance capital who is the promotor of this issue it is a very well established asset management company and collects 510 Cr every month from Sip investors This would be the very good upcoming sector in the market.

ADAG management is a big negative for this issue. They are in huge debt and will reflect in other companies as well. Now worth taking the risk . Better options are available. No one still knows where 11000 cr public money has gone. He has no accountability and still coming out woh an ipo.

As Stock Market and Emotions do not go together there is no reason why some one should not invest in this IPO and take out the listing gains. Red Haring Prospectus is having everything written in black & white.So no more irrelevant correlation to its management or it''s other group IPO/Stock should made.
