The Savings in Mutual Fund in India was at 3% in FY2016, this is Exactly the same place where it was in USA in 1980, this moved to 18-19% by 1998. Since there is consensus that Gold and Real Estate wont move a lot for next 4-5 years, a similar move is expected in India. If this happens in India, it can be the trillion dollar Opportunity in Asset Management Companies. In 1979 the asset base with Mutual Funds was just 94 Billion $, in the next 20 years but the end of 1999 the Asset under management was 6846 Billion$, i.e. it grew at 24%. In the Year 1980, only 4.6% USA Citizens owned mutual similar Rate of that in India today, whereas in the next 20 years i.e by 2000 this number shot up to 48.6%. This was also the Period where Legends like Peter Lynch, Paul Tudor Jones, George Sorus, Warren Buffet were created, expect a repeat of the same in the Indian Market
Just assume if it happens to 3% then Reliance Nippon grow 2-4 times keep hold keep grow

Pure financial analysis alone does not work in this market as there are many forces at work .So apart from traditional analysis an investor should also be aware of factors such as market appetite for the stock ,sector, future growth prospects and credibility of promoter group etc . If you are a speculator nothing matters except listing gain. So why bother to analyse ? So many look only at GMP and apply. This issue appears OK for reasonable listing gain
true.very true.simply analysing financial data doesnt work.promotors credibility is the most important factor.for speculators nothing matters except gmp.
Grey premium is a farce. Rpower was oversubcriberd 69 times and look at the listing. Let market cool down a bit. Management is a big worry don''t invest. Give a tight slap to Anil . Let him realize he can''t fool the public all the time. If market is down there won''t be any premium. Any negative news from ADAG will have big effect on all the stocks including this one. Dump all his stocks. They won''t survive , all big fund managers always look at the management. AVOID.
Apart from financials , non investor friendly group one thing i can say that anil ambani know which nerve of the retail investor should be pressed to get thier hard earned money.
After demonatision i never heard GMP 15days prior to issue opening date. My personal opinion is to sell applications for Kostak as they say something is better then nothing. Noone will be multi billioner even if it list at 100+ premium
ADAG management is good enough to avoid this stock. Always Invest in companies where management is good. This issue is again a trap set by Anil coming in exactly at market peak to fool gullible investors. Very risky investment.
not sure about listing but if anyone call sell application in grey market should do that. in long run this can be disaster. may be some gains on listing can happen depending upon market condition
but my simple reason is not to invest in bad management company like ADAG as I am investor and dont want ot take risk in ADAG stocks as they have ruined investor wealth just like DLF, Suzlon, jaypee etc.
Dear STOCKT..want your advice, If want to invest now for 1 year or more.. in SME stock.. then which will be best for me... As you have good knowledge about SMEs..Pls recommend 2 SMEs shares.

Credibility and market standing of the group is at rock-bottom, wherein the Group name is actually a ‘liability’ which will definitely weigh adversely on this issue to. At Rs. 252, company’s market cap will be Rs. 15,422 crore, which leads to PE multiple of 37x and 34x based on FY17 and FY18E earnings. Although not like-to-like comparison, listed PE fund manager IL&FS Investment rently ruling at historic PE multiple of 25x. Poor growth in profitability and promoter pedigree make this IPO a clear avoid, despite string industry tailwinds. ADAG group stocks, have time and again, been wealth destroyers for investors, which make exposure to this group ‘A very DAring Gamble’.
