Very clear with this IPO allotment that everything is not fair as mentioned in black and white.
It doesnt seem to work as per the allotment process laid out.
There has been clear deviations and randomness in allotment even when subscription has been meagre. Only few are surprisingly lucky.

So i think simple funda --
(In general and majority cases and maybe not everytime) ...my opinion
If its a clicking IPO , you will get zero allotment
If its a non clicking IPO, you will surely get allotment

Its random process and therefore the allotment can be 1/1 or 0/6.In many cases, I was not allotted out of 7 applications though the retail subscription was 3 to 4 times.In my opinion, there is no possibility of rigging by registrar
