I think the allocation in would be like that of powergrid. Take a look at the retail allocation.

TO CALCULATE THE NUMBER OF SHARES U WILL RECEIVE AFTER SUBSCRIPTION OF RETAIL QUOTA.ITS SIMPLE..SAY FOR EG IF U HAVE APPLIED FOR 480 SHARES..& TOTAL RETAIL SUBSCRIPTION IS 8 TIMES...TO FIND OUT THE NUMBER OF SHARES WHICH WILL BE ALLOTED TO U WILL BE = 480 DIVIDED BY 8 = 60 SHARES...SO U WILL BE ALLOTED ONLY 60 SHARES.
