Hi, Everyone who has applied for Full amt ie, 900 shares will get shares in between 117 to 125 shares because if we divide 900 by 7.6789 of retail subscription it is 117.2 but out of this 1.89 crs shares have been applied at different price band b/w 90 to 104.So if REC fixes the price at Rs.105 then those who have bid for less than 105 will not get any shares and total subsciption will be reduced to 7.2 in retail.Apart from this technical rejections are apart. So highest amt bidder may get b'w 118 to 125.
THE PERSON WHO HAVE INVESTED IN REC PUBLIC ISSUE GET GOOD RETURN.
MAXIMUM BIDS COME @ RS 90 SO ITS ISSUE PRICE BE FIXED AT RS 90.
NOW THE GREY MARKET PREMIUM TOO IS INCREASING. NOW IT GO TO LEVEL RS. 25. SO ONE GET RS. 40 ON EACH SHARE.
REC IS A FUNDAMENTALLY STRONG SHARE, REMEMBER THE PFC IDFC BOTH ITS PEER COMPARISON N BOTH TRADED AT 18 N 32 P.E RESPECTIVELY. REC IS ISSUED @ 7 P.E SO AT THE DOUBLE RATE I.E. AROUND 200 ITS NOT A BAD ISSUE. AT THAT LEVEL ITS A BUYING.
SO ACCORDING TO MY VIEWS IT WILL LIST AROUND RS 160-180 LEVELS.
I have applied for 3 lots or 180 shares, is there any chance that I will get any shares? Please reply. Earlier I had question, how is listing price decided but no one answered.
SK, I do not agree with your analysis. Please do post your analysis if it really has substance. Do you have the correct data on per lot subscription? If thats available you can calculate the number of shares that would be alloted. There would be a proportionate allotment of shares on the lots too. Say certain lots would be sure to get x amount of shares while people who might have applied for lower lots where the subscription may be more would have some form of lottery. Looking at some of the previous allotments data earlier, my perception is that people who have applied 7 and above lots are sure to get allotment. but people below that might have to go through a lottery or they might be give lower then the lot size. Have a look at few of the earlier allotments for PSU's, yu might derive the formula your self. The calculations are preety basic arithmetic.
506 - SK We do not understand what you want to say. You say that who was applided for 900 shares they will get 450 shaes. Retail sub. at 7.6 how you can say. Please expaine.
I have always repeated on this forum please dont go by grey market premium and please go by only fundamental of the company. Live example is Onmobile Global Ltd on which grey market premium was only 10 to 15 but was listed at around 450, and immediately shot up to 520 and finally to 570 before settling at 510-520. So dont get carried away by grey market premium and go only by fundamentals
Dear Amit Patel and all other who applied for 900 shares or 15 lots or full application, don't worry you will get at least 480 shares or 8 lots surely.
for more justification, if the ipo is subscribe 1% then all will get full allotment. Now in this case maximum lot size is 15 so if ipo is 1% subscribe then you will get 15 lots and if 2% subscribe then 14 lots, if 3 % then 13 lots ................ if 8% then 8 lots.
The ipo is subscribe near 8% so you will surely get 8 lots of 480 shares.
