REC WILL DEFINTLY GIVE GOOD RETURNS TO ITS INVESTORS. IT IS TRADED @ HALF OF THE P.E OF PFC N IT WILL LIST AROUND @ RS. 160+LEVEL WHERE EVER THE MARKET GOES HAPPY INVESTING IN THIS STOCK
SO PERSON WHO WANT TO SELL THERE SHARE IN THE GREY MARKET PLZ PUT THERE SHARE 50+ PREMIUM TO SELL. DONT GO ON GREY MARKET PREMIUM. IT GIVE FALSE ILLUSION TO THE INVESTOR SO BE CAREFUL REGARDING THIS N REMEMBER THE RELIANCE POWER REGARDING GREY MARKET
rec is a very exellent psu company and has a great potential.even if the market cracks,it is going to have a very block buster listing.one can even purchase from market below 150 as long term investmen.speculation of past psu ipo give sense that within 1 month of listing it may see levels of 300+.no need of worrying at all........
Guys, its all happenin, once again the IPO market has bounced back.....n back wit a bang.....REC fundamentally is a very gud company...at the valuations of half of PFC, n considering that it will trade at a PE of 15-16, the company no doubt leaves atleaat 50 rs. for the investors...moreover with the government support n high dreams to achieve rural electrification by 2012 which calls for atleast an investment of INR 40,000 Crs....n the company's foray into the funding of power generation projects.....trust me its gona fair welll...indeed a very safe bet...n margings of 300 bps (higher then that of PFC), it looks brilliant.....so hold on the ride is gona fetch welll.....the only negative standing is the client portfolio wich rec negates by invokin state government's guarantees....
happy investing...views expressed are all fair.....
HOLD REC SHARES, WILL LIST AT 160 PLUS . IT WILL GIVE ATLEAST 25% DIVIDENT ,WILL OVERTAKE NTPC SHARE ALSO WITHIN ONE MONTH OF LISTING. ALREADY CREATED SENSATION IN SUCH DULL MARKET. AWAITING ITS ALLOTMENT .
REC is a long term bet. if atol there is any private participation then the company can give handsome returns. Does any one believe that can REC be a better bet than NTPC. Please suggest
Dear All, Its great that all people are pouring their queries and responses over here. I request all learned people to put the source of information also that will help poor fellow like me to get the knowledge of the primary markets.
For Eg.:I have seen mentioned below by somebody that how many times REC issue is over subscribed? How many times the over subscription is in retail at the particular price band?
One particular Question to Mr. Ankit or anyone who can tell me what is the source of this informatio which is mentioned below:
Hello ! I have applied for 120 shares @ cut off. What r the chances of my getting allotment and how many shares I may get? Can some body reply? Thanks. knmhalli
there is no doubt that if market sentiments improve 10% around the listing date of REC, we may expect premium of rs.35-40 on listing.it is likely that markets are here to improve after budget.all the best to primary and secondary market participants.
ALL THOSE WHO APPLIED FULL 15 LOTS WILL GET APPROX 90 SHARES. THIS BASED ON ASSUMPSION THAT NOS OF RETAIL INVESTOR HAVE APPLIED IN ONLY 1 TO 14 LOTS FEARING FULL ALLOTMENT AND THE ISSUE NOT GETTING OVERSUBSCRIBED. NOW THE SCENE HAS CHANGED , GREY MARKET PREMIUM HAS SHOT UP TO 50 +, WILL AT 160 PLUS IN COUPLE OF DAYS WILL REACH 250. IN SUCH A DULL MARKET CONDITION WHERE WORCKHARD, EMAAR & EPC HAD FALLEN/WITHDRAWN . THIS IPO HAD CREATED SENSATION. WILL GET SENSATION RETURN . HOLD IT.
well,REC has been subscribed approximately 7.6789 times. For retail investors total reserve shares were 45665100 and issue oversubscribed 7.6789 times so bids for 350656620 no. of shares have come, out of which 95% bids are at cut off i.e 333123789 no. of shares i.e 7.3 times. Now if every investor who has bidded at cut off has subscribed for whole 100000 then every investor will get at least {100000/(333123789/45665100)}/105=124 no. of shares .So every investor bidding at cut off for 100000 Rs will surely get at least 2 lots i.e 120 shares.Surely if you have bidded for x amount then my formulae for least no. of shares you must get is Least No. of Shares You will get = (X/7.3)/105. surely least no of shares must be greater than 60.even if it is b/w 30-60 you may get 1 lot because in my whole calculation i have assumed that every investor bidding at cut off has subscribed for 1 lakh. *So all the best for every investor.*
