Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if it will make any difference if I apply one lot or multiple lots (through a single application ) for an SME IPO that is getting subscribed more than one time ?

Midcapmania, in SME IPO as soon as you apply more than 1 lot you became part of HNI group. Retail can apply for only 1 lot in SME.

Now in HNI all applications which has same number of lots make a pool for lottery based on how many times that pool subscribed (based on overall size reserved for HNI) and then those lots will be allotted in between those application based on lottery.

The above is basic case for HNI allotment. Other experienced users may correct me or can share more information.

What you said is correct. But look BoA of different company's IPO allotment. It gives much more clarity.

i have not acess nd knowledge of any gmp or gmp broker

i don't know its due to gmp or other reasons

but if anybody see there is huge jump in subscription in last 90 minutes

is this decisive movement for strong listing gain?

Allotted 2 retail lots by luck this time
Planning to buy 1 more lot if it lists or comes near 40-42 levels
Buying above 45-47 doesn't make sense to me as per MY risk appetite
Atleast not planning to sell for sure unless something exceptionally wrong/negative happens tomorrow

Lots of action happening in the last one hour in the grey market of Ahmedabad and Rajkot..volumes surely have seen a sudden Jump..best wishes to all those who have applied. .cheers

Applied 9 retail applns.

Any reason for 9lots, as of now it as subscribed up to 13 times

Company is good and having Global presence as well,I have applied for 1 lot.

I don't think it has a global presence.
In fact business is only in 3 states - Gujrat, Maharashtra and UP.
80% (appx) revenue from top 7-8 customer.
Seasonal affect on business.
Not saying it's bad but these are the realities

Looks okay to me. Applied a few lots. The 1st 2 years of the last 3 years show bad position mainly due to COVID being an infra company. But situation improved after that and it has good orders in hand.

IMO one should avoid because easy allotment in HNI will disturbed listing .

Is it possible to apply for HNI after 3 pm.

ICICI ASBA allows retail till 4 PM but HNI is only till 3 PM

if we apply in hni category in sme , how many lot we will get out of 2

In good IPOs Most of the time Zero lot. Rarely 1 lot because of the lottery.

I have made 3 small HNI subs from 3 diff accounts, will apply from additional 3 accounts looking at the final subscription at 2:50

applied 28 Lots.

Applied 15 retail applications. In my view there is very less risk of downside and good 15% to 20% gains. But it may surprise on any side based on current market scenario, so please take your decision as per your risk taking capacity.

Will NII subscription cross 25 times? request experts to suggest. Need to apply no. of lots accordingly.
