My below three applications of my friends got rejected saying no record found , what has to done , the forms were properly bidded at Kotak securities , but sent mail to rbl.ipo@linkintime .in , but no reply:=
I have... Depository Account : CDSL Trading Account : IIFL, Bank Account: SBI
For an ipo can i bid for me and my wife with different PANs and same CDSL account through SBI ASBA or should i have a different demat account for my wife ?
I read someone mentioned 3 bids for different persons with same demat account.
Thank you CLD... got answer from below question. Q8: What important things are to be seen in an application ? A: It should be unique in three things below. These should not get repeated in any way. 1. Name of sole 1st applicant 2. PAN no. 3. DP ID + Client ID Means there must be different demat, name of person and PAN.
Tomorrow at what time can I buy this scrip at 10am or when market opens at 0915...please help in this... It''s my bad luck that I haven''t been alloted a single stock for the last 10+ IPOs
i made a comparison between peers Mcap PE PBV RBL 8321 16,7 1,9 Federal Bank 11640 23,18 1,44 IDFC Bank 18800 25,65 1,38 Karur Vysa Bank 5900 10,22 1,29 City Union Bank 8000 17,66 2,64
Assuming PE of 20, the price should be 270 rs per share Assuming book value of 2.5, price should be around 260 rs per share
another big assumption, is they will grow at 40% this year, which is bit unlikely. Growing at 40% continuously in 4th or 5th year is bit difficult practically.
Best idea would be sell it if it lists above 270 rs and buy it later at 250 levels.
I checked with Zerodha for "No records found" case with respect to ASBA application via UNION BANK. They briefed me that: In case of over subscription on the second say, banks do not forward the application received for the 3rd day. So our applications are not even considered by bank, unless there are incorrect applications which are rejected. I will check with the bank tomorrow and let everyone know how the process goes. If what briefed to me is correct, it means, APPLY THE FIRST DAY

Mostly all banks forward the records in time , but due to system error with the bank your application could not be forwarded to the exchange , hence i always recommend to apply in time , as far as RBL was concerned i had clearly mentioned no need for waiting for QIB OR HNI subscription. it was an good issue , BAD luck for late comers
If Bank itself not forwarding the application means, It is really bad service from the bank. You should avoid such banks in future. Did you got this response in written/email? Is there any option to file a complaint with RBI/SBI on this practice ?
I applied on SBI ASBA on the last day @ 11.30 AM and it was considered.
application even on last day last hour are forwarded by banks in time. i did apply in last hours and got alltoment of 3 lots/. so ur information is wrong sir
Yes you are right, till last minute all applications should be considered irrespective of the subscription numbers. Why would bank blocks the amount but not forwarding the application?
As Philip mentioned, If bank gives the same in written. This may be escalated to SEBI/RBI.
I understood retail section was over subscribed 5.7 times, and I''ve applied for 13 lots but instead of getting 1 by 5.7th times, I got 1 by 13 time (only 1 lot). How is the allotment being done?
i got 4/8......Dat not means subcription was wrong...They treat all applications as individual.......Have u anywhere mentioned your name on all application ?
Thanks Ravi/Vipul. @ Vipul I had applied for 13 lot in single application. If I had applied for 2 lots in single application then also I would have got only 1 lot?
@Ashish - Thanks to you also, you can ignore replying and wasting your time
Yes... if you would have applied for 2 lots then also you would allotted 1. Allotment is based on application in case of oversubscribed. Thats the reason people apply multiple applications instead of multiple lots.
in all ipo''s allotment is done in what manner is not known I have applied for 27 applications with different PAN numbers and with 27 different banks accounts of the demat account holders with ASBA but out of these applications only 4 allotments were received and out of these 27 there are some 19 accounts in which we have not received any allotment in last 4months. In a bank account with ASBA one can submit 3 applications but we have submitted all the applications from the bank accounts tagged with demat account. some of my friends who apply in 3/4/5 applications their ratio of allotment is much better than that of ours. if any body can highlight in the matter.
