It seems you have applied in the HNI category. For HNI, the shares are allocated in a proportionate manner. if you have folks applying more than your total, than the probability is less. btw HNI subscription rate is 198 times so your probability of getting a share is less
Simple, many people dont want the funds to be blocked from day 1 when the IPO can also be applied on day 3, secondly wait, watch and commit strategy for few others...etc
SIR, I AM NEW TO FORUM. BUT I HAD A PROBLEM ON LAST DAY OF RBL IPO ON 23.08.2016. THE AXIS BANK SITE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I COULD NOT UPLOAD MY IPO APPLICATIONS.
I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT IF ANY OTHER INVESTOR FRIEND ALSO ENCOUNTERED THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM ON THAT DAY WITH AXIS BANK ???
The propostinte allotment in ipo is history now still the members are asking how much shares will be allotted.when the issue is fully subscribed the allotment will be by lottery and maximum allotment will bo one lot only no matter how much lots you have applied and minimum allotment will be zero happy investing
I have applied for 6 lots (390 shares) from 1 demat account with 1 PAN. How much lot I will get in allotment??? There will be chance of getting more then 1 lot??

Vodafone planning to raise 15000-18000 Crore through IPO........I think everyone will get allotment....Vodafone will file DRHP in Sep-16(Next Month).....There is one Tax penalty issue too (around 20,000 Cr)....BIGGEST IPO.....BACK TO BACK WE CAN SEE 30000 Cr IPO from BSNL too....Not confirmed yet...
