CM gave avoid for Hari Om Pipes (300% plus returns), Anand Rathi (150% plus returns).

It may cross 50X in BHNI if GMP sustain above 50% ... Ratnaveer unblocked money may not be used for EMS.... therefore, investors are little bit worried on account of Trade to trade and after seeing Pyramid performance after listing...

1. you won't be able to approve mandate if there isn't sufficient balance in the account. No question of penalty will arise. (talking about Savings account)

2. after approving the mandate, amount will be blocked which you can't withdraw.
the unblock usually happens at 4th day from last date of IPO.

Okay and what upi app should I use for it. Like I have multiple bank accounts and I have linked them all in the paytm. Which account will be used by default.

​@Abhinav Gupta  U should use bhim app. In bhim one of your account will be default but u can use balance of multiple accounts u added to block amount. U will have only to choose account while u accept mendet.

do you mean if suppose i have 2 lakh in one acc and 8 lakh in another bank acc, i can use them to use a BHNI application? and while accepting the mandate i can use acc with 2 lakh balance. Or am i misunderstanding anything here?

Gradually, it's going to happen with all banks. It's like shutting out benami properties and deals.

i think all bank will follow i know CBI BOI AXIS BANK HDFC KOTAK BANK CANARA BOB SBI only those application will accepted whose pan is link in the account THE END OF THIRD PARTY APPLICATION it will stop before 1 dec 2023

But what about joint holders? And also HUF & minor who are operated with different account but same CIF(i.e. same netbanking id of guardian/karta).???

HUF will be abolished in UCC.

​@Rupa , it is banks responsibility to do the PAN check and mark the application as third-party in case the PAN doesn't belong to applicant.
In case of joint holders, if any bank is allowing to apply via - ASBA then it should be considered as a valid application.

I had sent the same query to SEBI but didn't get any satisfactory response from them.

What if we still apply in third party through axis asba?
