Hello all - It seems that Kostak rates have recently dried up or totally vanished from primary market, and the reason looks like the significant amount of over-subscription in all kinds of IPOs combined with easier availability of funds. For instance I haven't seen any Kostak rates for Ratnaveer on the forum and even for Jupiter it is 6-7k.
Request senior members to share their views on the above if possible. Thanks

While applying through UPI I have received the following error,

" Payment mandate was unsuccessful ( Block/Release request rejected by client bank"

Amount is blocked and mail also received from bse about application

Does dhan app allow placing pre market order?? I am using Groww app and Groww doesn't have this option. Today i sold 2 lots after 10 AM and able to sale at 150, if there was option for placing pre matket option i would have got ₹5000 more today. Please reply to my query. Thanks in advance.

AXIS BANK ASBA . ALLOWED OR NOT? PLEASE HELP

I was applying four application from Axis bank. My wife , father , mother an my self.

Now avoid all other three application.

This is a precautionary note. Some of us boarders recently received small portion of disgorged money amounting to 900 to 1000 after unravelling Benami applications in 10-year-old IPOs and recovering with penalty from beneficiaries. The benami applicants & beneficiaries are also barred from entering capital markets for period ranging from 3 to 5 years by blocking their PAN etc as per SEBI judgement. Previous investigations took over 3 to 7 years as most applications were manual nature.

Now situation is different. All online, and data on any 3rd party which is a benami will be available on click of a button. It is also easy to find the beneficiaries. Most banks already disallowed 3rd party by inputting accountholders PAN in ASBA. Others that seek consent are making the applicant the sole decider of willful benami applicant. Any SEBI investigation henceforth will be swift due to quick data availability, and it will be easy to recover directly from the beneficiary. More difficult is to face simple ban from capital market that can be long term loss. SEBI is going to take tougher measures in cleansing as they move IPO to T+3 and cash trades to T+1 & one hour settlement.

So, repercussion means not just rejection, but also any investigations post allotment. Take your decision accordingly as per your conscience. At times, greed can make us blind. However, life has shown simple ethics pay far more than shot term greed over longer periods.

Resolved.
We had a restriction of 1 year old membership which is now reduced to 6 months.
