and after technical rejections, it comes to 22x.
Theoretically, if you applied 22 BHNI applications, 1 application would be selected and alloted 14 lots.
However, practically it's not the case. you might get more than 1 lot or you might not even get a single lot as the selection of each application is an independent event.
(It's called probabilty for a reason and you have to factor in luck too.)
