​@A. Rajput This is not a question for me but I couldn't stop myself replying. Minus balance in Savings account and that too 1,86,000 is very surprising. If there is no sufficient balance in account, the amount can't be blocked. Amount is blocked when there is balance of that required amount is available.
You need to go to Bank for the resolution of this problem. You are also saying that amount still not debited, means shares have been allotted to you. You have not mentioned about allotment also.

​@PKRAJ  As per my understanding Mr Rajputs account balance is 230640 from which 208320 was blocked when he applied but not debited for his allotment. After blocking the remaining balance is 230640-208320= Rs. 22320. But due to some technical error the amount is not debited and the bank put another hold of Rs.208320 which led the amount to become negative 186000. Correct me if I'm wrong. @A. Rajput

​@PKRAJ Sir they have blocked 208320/- amount of 1 shni lot twice because UPI autopayment got failed due to daily UPI limit issue but they again blocked same amount on next day

Bhaii apne aur b 2 ipo lagta hai apply kardiye haii kya uske baad Jana ya rashi isliye bank me 3 application ur balance minus showing karega I think not sure aapne apply kia hai

​@Raja Arora Yes bro correct @Kamal want to learn share market Yes 1 retail application of both rashi and jana applied but that time I had sufficient balance in my savings account that's why they let me apply

​@A. Rajput Looking at ledger balance and lien balance, imposing any penalty is ruled out. However, no harm visiting bank branch and getting the same clarified. My experience with pnb is not too good which made me switch over to other bank.

​@A. Rajput In my opinion you don't have to visit anywhere . It will be resolved automatically. The RTA will handle it . It's between RTA and Bank. First the bank will unblock the initially blocked amount and then debit the amount blocked later.

True that. Recent bad performance results of some PSU also caused this trigger.
If result will show growth accordingly then it should be no issue otherwise share will correct in future also.
