I had applied for One lot (14 Shares) & if you look at retail subscription of .99 times share should have been allotted, don't understand the process of allotment. Thank god.... Hope the investor will gain on listing... all the best.

Dear 520. aRYANrAJ,

Example: If anch0r investor subscribe issue @ 425 and due to high demand, in any ipo if issue price fixed @ 450. Then anch0r investor has to bring in extra money. ie difference between 450-425.

Ipo issue price can not be different for anch0r & QIB.

Hope you are true. Cos I also spoke to karvy like 20 minutes ago and the guy sitting told it'll be done on monday. I need money for Oberoi and BS. Hope allotment is done today, I'll take tomorrow too but monday will be freaking bad.

Folks, I just called up Karvy right now and spoke to the concerned person handling the Karvy IPO, they inform me that the allotment shall be out after 2 pm today, so one can inquire post.

I didnt think it was necessary to ask why there has been delays etc as at the end of the day alls well that ends well. For the others I think one should not create panic and I guess things should fall in place, and SEBI is not fool, infact there are on the investors side so should there be any issue etc I am sure it will be solved suitably.

I called Karvy at +91-40-23312454 just now. They mentioned after half an hour the status will be available online or by calling at the same phone number.

enam is book running lead manager who decides pricing, issue size, make dhrp, check it's according to norms and rules, keeping books of alloted shares and non-alloted given by registrar to brlm.. They don't have any role in allotment. Karvy will do the allotment.

Don't spread false rumours. If there is something wrong in company SEBI will look into it and will return our money with bank interest as soon as possible. There is nothing like 6 months rule.
