​@Jay Vagheshwari Maa Yes, applying. New MM / LM cast slight doubt and hence FF will depend on how much QIBs and others come in for but iam assuming it to be well.

Refund should be available for VI, as this the 3rd week of month, banks are open on Saturday's and registrar's refund instruction should get processed

It should be available, but, there ia no guarantee. It differs from bank to bank..

Better apply through upi, most of the cases registrar will process UPI unblocking first.

I have a Demat Account with Zerodha and I have successfully sold allotted shares of Mainboard IPO on their listing day during pre-open session. However, I have never been allotted SME IPO shares and I was wondering if anyone could confirm whether Zerodha allows the sale of allotted SME IPO shares during pre-open session on the listing day, similar to Mainboard IPOs

​@Palka If guaranteed limited profits are in mind, sell and apply as allotment will anyways will be difficult. If funds are not issue, can go open.

Since many people apply through HUF and also from Individual accounts I want to know how this thing works.

Allotment will be tough as no other good SME in competition, so majority of the IPO money in the country will come here only.

Any other reason for applying FF apart from "funniest company name" award?

The in-house brands are less known and contribute only around 15-20% of total sales, and the rest around 80% of the sales is by making oil for its clientele. This restricts the company in their pricing and hampers margins which can be countered only by increasing volume. Dependency on the few names like Mother Dairy (Dhara), Marico etc is present and since the basic raw material is commodity and the company has no agreements, price fluctuations will affect PAT Margins which are in the range of 1.5-2% and with more volume i only see it going till 3-3.5% until the company diversifies into other products other than Rice Bran Oil and caters to other regions than Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and get away with regional concentration. The new facility for which the issue proceeds will be used will only be able to cater to volume increase by Oct-Nov 24.

Almost flat sales growth, in fact de-growth with similar PAT is visible, which suggests the highly competitive nature of the business despite the company mentioning the increased solvent capacity would have increased revenue by FY24 which is just not visible. Although promoter group has experience, with 3+ generations in the same line of business, and this issue comes in with QIB quota but this issue will be interesting to see, just like in the case of Aluwind recently.

Last private share allotment was done at Rs 60 in Nov 23, and in 4 months the asking price has increased by 42% due to reasons not mentioned anywhere. Currently coming at P/E of around 17 on annualised basis leaves little scope for P/E to expand until the product fleet is expanded.

The promoter and its group is widely spread with many associate and significantly influenced entities. Raw material purchases, remuneration, investments, loans taken everything is happening. Chances of these not happening at Arm's Length thus will always hang in hindsight.
