@Pangaj Don't be like me Yes applying. However I expect it to list well below GMP - zero to 15% pop only. Company is decent, use of proceeds is good but the current FY performance is underwhelming and makes it a little expensive. Once they start Ethanol, margins will improve, and it can be interesting.

Reasons :

1. No real and solid GMP buyer
2. Small risk of refund not available for vodafone idea
3. LM not comfortable
4. Business is not very attractive, though financials are ok, but pricing is high.
5. Big size, high free float

At least for VI FPO, there are buyers at current GMP or even at higher.. So, risk to reward ratio, considering grey market, is better in VI FPO.
